Red – 2023

Atypical for its blend, this wine comes from two clay-limestone plots that dominate the estate.
Hand-harvested, the Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes are vinified separately, with part of the grapes harvested whole and without sulphites.
Aged for 12 months on fine lees in Dolias*, the wine matures and retains all its freshness.
On tasting, its dark ruby colour reveals a minty nose with hints of violets and red berries.
On the palate, the wine is bewitchingly pure, with a fine texture and a distinctive minerality.

FRUCTUS TERRAE is a wine that goes well with vegetable dishes or fine meats.

This wine is perfect for special occasions with friends.
